Greenery Trust・Musenyama Sakura Festival 2018

Visitors can see magnificent 100 meter rows of Yoshino cherry trees that are over 70 years old and 10 meters tall.
The rows of giant sakura trees here are overwhelmingly powerful. The shape of the sakura trees are beautiful and you can experience a superb view of many unique sakura trees.
Although it is only 100 meters long, it feels like the tunnel goes on forever because the sakura trees are so large.
There will be a sakura festival when the flowers are in bloom (late March to early April) at the “Musenyama・KDDI Forest”, which is a designated greenery preservation area.
You can buy locally grown vegetables, flower seedlings, and recommended souvenirs at this festival (will be cancelled if it rains).
