Ogawa Town has been long known as an area suited for sake brewing, and Seiunsyuzo, a sake brewery, was also established in this area more than 100 years ago. They have been particular about polishing rice themselves, and checking them with their own eyes. If you book a tour for 10 or more people, you will get a chance to see the rice polishing area and brewing storehouse as well. No reservation is required for observing the “Tama no Ido”, a well overflowing with brewing water, and the old brewing storehouses.
