We make senbei without using any additives such as coloring or amino acides in order to keep the original taste of the rice. In 2008 (Heisei 20), "Senbei Garden" where people can experience senbei making opened, which is contributing to promoting the culture and tradition of Soka Senbei originated in the Edo period. "Tenhare", a senbei made by experienced craftsmen with using coal, is made from organic rice and soy sauce which gives you a supreme taste.
