Soka Senbei became well known all over Japan when the food culture of Soka's farmers suited for rice production, and Noda's soy sauce came together. In this store, in order to protect the tradition of Soka Senbei, the rice used is 100% produced in Saitama, and the senbei (rice cracker) is made carefully one by one to preserve the taste of the rice.
