Yamakijyozo photo

People love a variety of Yamakijyozo’s products, such as miso and soy sauce, made with traditional methods and from carefully selected domestically produced materials. You can “see, taste, and experience” the soy sauce storehouse, miso storehouse, the organic farms, and the tofu atelier. On the second floor of “Kouji-An”, the direct sales store, you can look down the unrefined soy sauce storehouse from above. Tours with guide and explanations on the progress are also available with reservation.
