Koedo Kawagoe Riding Boats in the Spring

Did you know that the Kawagoe Hikawa Shrine’s God of Fate is popular among tourists? If you head to the back of the Hikawa Shrine, you will see a row of beautiful sakura trees that line the Shingashi River for about 500 meters. The sakura petals shining on the surface of the river is breathtaking! Sightseeing during the sakura season is also highly recommended. Besides seeing the warehouse street, please go one step further and relax while seeing the lovely sakura trees. During the spring festival on March 31st, visitors can try the boat riding experience that will be held at the Shingashi River behind the Hikawa Shrine! Please come and enjoy the superb view while elegantly swaying in Japanese boats this spring!
